Men are attracted to women...

Women want men to like/love/respect them because of their intelligence, good qualities (or so I've heard)...

Men are easily distracted...

Thus, when you let them feast on your curves and lumps, don't expect them to like/love/respect you for your intelligence andgood qualities...

It's like protesting against a nuclear war while making a nuclear bomb at the same time...

To women:
Unless you want men to look at you merely as sex object,get dressed. Choose loose clothing. Your beauty is supposed to be protected from all the predators out there.
To men (including myself):
Lower your gaze. Control yourself. Respect the ladies.

His Story...

History = His + Story...
Then, what about her story? Their story?
There's always more than one side to a story...

What we know is not necessarily the true story...
Even though 95 % of the world population believe in a particular story,
it is not necessarily true...

People in power, be it in the past, recent times, or in the future could easily create their own version of a story...

There are many so called historical facts are debatable...
In fact, very unlikely to be true...
Many information are hidden from the general population...
To maintain control over the people...
To satisfy their political needs...

Moral of the story is, what we learn and what we thought we know may not be necessarily true...

Until someone managed to create a time machine, history will remain his story...

It finally arrived...
The day I sat for my final paper of my final semester as an undergraduate student...
I've been waiting for this moment to come...
I anticipated a lot of fireworks and fairytale-like ending...
I thought that I would jump and punch my fist high up in the air as soon as I'm out of the exam hall...

But it just didn't materialise...
There's a sense of indifference in me...
I felt nothing special...
It's just the same old day like before...

The barrier that stands beyond me and graduation is finally gone (almost...I have to wait for the exam result to come out)...
But still...
I felt empty...
No sense of excitement in me...
Not even one bit...

Probably because after almost six years in the comfort zone, I finally got out of it...
There's a whole new world standing in front of me...
A new horizon to be explored...
A new voyage...

Humans are afraid of the unknown...
I guess that's why I'm afraid...
Afraid of all the possibilities...
Afraid of what's waiting for me at the other side of the wall...

But..

Now it's not the time to think about what could've or should've been for the past 22 years of my life...
Now is the time to look ahead, think ahead, and hopefully, be ahead...

So long, undergrad life...

It's raining outside...

On one rainy evening...

Monologue:
It's raining here, so it must be raining there also (referring to an open air futsal court located just a few blocks away)
Nobody's going to play in the rain. I think I'll just sleep...

Next morning...

Dialogue:
A: Hey, man, why didn't you play futsal yesterday? Only me and my friend showed up.
B: It's raining, man...right?
A: Nope...
B: Err...It was raining in my housing area, so I assumed it was also raining over there.

Moral of the story:

We can't just assume all the time...
Sometimes, we need to go out there and take a look by ourselves...

Dating is like chilling out at the edge of a cliff...
You can indulge in the relaxing wind...
Fantastic scenery...

BUT...
If you're not careful, you can fall off the cliff...

you're already chilling out at the edge of the cliff, please be careful...

IF
you already fell and survive the fall, climb back up...
and stay away from the cliff...
It's not easy, but it's not impossible...

IF
you're thinking of going to the cliff for the first time...
think not ONCE, TWICE, or THRICE...
but think HARD...
Because the impact of the fall might kill you...

Remember...
You CAN always indulge in the relaxing wind and enjoy fantastic scenery somewhere safer...
